Dedicated to the well-being of expectant mothers

Pregnancy is experienced very differently from one woman to the next. The body doesn't face the same challenges as in a first or subsequent pregnancy (young child to carry...). Massage is adapted to your specific needs.

The benefits of prenatal massage

pregnancy massage

Pregnancy is a time of great physical and emotional change for a woman. It's also a time when the importance of taking care of yourself and your well-being is paramount. Prenatal massage is a form of massage specially designed for pregnant women, offering numerous benefits for both mother-to-be and baby.

Massage has many benefits for pregnant women :

  • It adapts to your needs
  • Reduces muscle and joint pain: relieves tension in the back, neck and legs
  • Helps improve sleep quality
  • Softens and nourishes the skin
  • It facilitates breathing
  • It offers moments of well-being and relaxation
  • Improves blood circulation: Reduces swelling of feet and ankles
  • Reduces stress and anxiety: Promotes better quality sleep
  • Helps prepare for childbirth
  • Contributes to better post-partum recovery

Therapists can also add lymphatic drainage to their massages if required.

Our therapists are trained and certified in prenatal massage techniques. Each session is individually tailored to your needs and stage of pregnancy.

Prenatal massage therapy

Are you suffering from pregnancy-related pain?

The body changes throughout pregnancy, and seeks to adapt to these changes by adopting new postures, not always adequate, known as compensatory postures.

Massage therapy targets painful areas and helps the body adapt to the changes brought on by pregnancy.

A massage particularly appreciated by our patients.

It is performed as early as the fourth month of pregnancy.

Massage is an effective way to relieve certain discomforts during pregnancy.

Relaxation massage promotes body awareness and reduces psychological and physical tension.

It brings deep relaxation and reduces stress. Gentle, enveloping movements promote well-being and help relieve tension.

Combined with a good diet, a healthy lifestyle and physical activity, massage will help both mother-to-be and baby to enjoy a healthy pregnancy!

Relaxation massage is particularly recommended and appreciated by women from the fourth month of pregnancy onwards.

Our recommendations:

  • First trimester: no treatment except acupuncture, facial massage or facials at an aesthetic institute. Be sure to specify that you are pregnant so that no essential oils are used.
  • Second trimester: You have access to most of our treatments (except colon hydrology and bioresonance). We recommend a session of microkinesitherapy (see our article on microkinesitherapy, pregnancy and child ).
  • Third trimester: You have access to most of our treatments too (the draining massage and the therapeutic massage are particularly popular). We recommend that you prepare physically for childbirth with acupuncture (see our article on how acupuncture can help you during pregnancy).
