Dedicated to the well-being of expectant mothers
Pregnancy is experienced very differently from one woman to the next. The body doesn't face the same challenges as in a first or subsequent pregnancy (young child to carry...). Massage is adapted to your specific needs.

- Helps improve sleep quality
- Softens and nourishes the skin
- It facilitates breathing
- It offers moments of well-being and relaxation

- Reduces stress and anxiety: Promotes better quality sleep
- Helps prepare for childbirth
- Contributes to better post-partum recovery
Therapists can also add lymphatic drainage to their massages if required.

Are you suffering from pregnancy-related pain?
The body changes throughout pregnancy, and seeks to adapt to these changes by adopting new postures, not always adequate, known as compensatory postures.

Our recommendations:
- First trimester: no treatment except acupuncture, facial massage or facials at an aesthetic institute. Be sure to specify that you are pregnant so that no essential oils are used.
- Second trimester: You have access to most of our treatments (except colon hydrology and bioresonance). We recommend a session of microkinesitherapy (see our article on microkinesitherapy, pregnancy and child ).
- Third trimester: You have access to most of our treatments too (the draining massage and the therapeutic massage are particularly popular). We recommend that you prepare physically for childbirth with acupuncture (see our article on how acupuncture can help you during pregnancy).
