The sophrology, hypnosis and MOSAIC therapies I practice are complementary approaches for dealing with pain, chronic disorders and emotional wounds. My work begins with an in-depth listening session, an anamnesis (targeted questions) and a personalized approach, adapted to each life story.
Once the needs have been identified, I use a variety of techniques - sophrology, hypnosis, breathing, visualization, deep relaxation - to help regain balance, better manage pain and emotions and establish a sense of well-being in everyday life.
MOSAIC therapy, for its part, gently addresses difficult moments from the past, traumas or blockages, by mobilizing the person's unconscious and bodily resources.
His background
A sociologist by training, she moved into adult education and then became a life coach. Finally, she perfected her training by becoming a hypnotherapist and finally a sophrologist for adults as well as for children aged 2 and over and teenagers. She has also been involved in personal development for over 30 years, taking courses in non-violent communication, yoga, tai chi, meditation and tantra.
