Payment

The patient pays directly at the end of the appointment. We provide you with a bill that you can send to your health insurance company.
No, the treatment must be paid for on the spot, and we will give you the corresponding bill so that you can send it to your complementary health insurance company to request partial or total reimbursement of your treatment. Coverage depends on your complementary health insurance contract. It's best to check with your health insurance provider directly before your appointment to find out what conditions apply.
The subscription is paid in full after the first session. A bill covering the session will be given to you after each treatment.
Care
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Treatments lasting an hour and a half or more must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. After this time, the session will be billed.
No, treatment at the Clinique Naturelle is covered by complementary health insurance. There may be exceptions for specific pathologies - please consult your doctor.
Our therapists are ASCA and/or RME accredited. Each complementary health insurance company defines a list of therapists that it covers. We recommend that you contact your complementary health insurance provider with the name of the therapist you plan to see at Clinique Naturelle to check whether your complementary health insurance provider will cover you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts about the name of the therapist with whom you are planning an appointment.
Yes, we keep a copy of all your bills, so don't hesitate to contact us again if you miss one.
No, you can make an appointment directly with Clinique Naturelle without a prescription. The cost of treatment will depend on your complementary health insurance, not the LAMal.

Miscellaneous
The neighborhood has many blue and white parking spaces. At certain times of the day, it can be difficult to find available spaces. In this case, the nearest parking lot is the Saint Antoine parking lot (5-minute walk).
Unfortunately, to get to the Clinique Naturelle you have to climb ten or so steps, and the building has no elevator. We are therefore unable to accommodate wheelchair users.
Despite our love of dogs, cats and ferrets, we do not accept pets on our premises for reasons of hygiene and respect for other patients.
