How a session works

The Aculifting session lasts 1 hour. It begins with a personalized consultation and an energy assessment based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Fine needles are then placed on the face and body to stimulate collagen production, improve microcirculation, tone the tissues, and restore balance to the body. The session concludes with a rest period to promote relaxation and allow the treatment’s effects to take hold.

How can acupuncture help you during pregnancy and postpartum?

Article by Eric Zhao:
“During pregnancy and the postpartum period, the body and mind can be put to the test. ‘Morning’ sickness, back pain, bloating, acid reflux, fatigue, stress… these discomforts can quickly become unbearable. Acupuncture has proven effective in relieving the many discomforts experienced by pregnant women, as well as helping them prepare calmly for childbirth and regain their strength afterward. It can also be helpful in the context of a miscarriage.”
