Relieve your body by taking care of your feet.

Foot reflexology is an ancient therapy that addresses tension and imbalances in the body by stimulating specific points located under the arch of the foot.

This gentle approach promotes deep relaxation, restores energy balance, and fosters a genuine sense of well-being for both body and mind.

The map of your body is... under your feet!

Reflexology therapy is a gentle massage performed with the fingers on the feet, applying pressure to reflex zones on the arch of the foot. Each reflex zone corresponds to a body part or organ. Considered a form of alternative medicine, therapeutic reflexology helps to localize tensions and other dysfunctions in the body, and then to act on these zones.

A little history?

The oldest depiction of a reflexology session is an ancient Egyptian papyrus showing men massaging their feet. Indian medical treatises and representations of the Buddha's feet reiterate the central role of the arch of the foot in treating organic imbalances, and the means of treating them.

Traditional Chinese medicine considers that the body is criss-crossed by 12 meridians linking the main organs and circulating the energy flows that ensure health and balance. We can intervene in the circulation of this vital energy at precise points known as reflex points.

How a session works

A foot reflexology session lasts 1 hour. The therapist uses gentle pressure to stimulate various reflex zones on the soles of the feet, each of which is connected to a specific part of the body or organ. This approach helps release tension, promote energy flow, and provide a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.
