La Clinique Naturelle, a center for complementary therapies in Geneva

Since 2014, La Clinique Naturelle in Geneva has brought together therapists from various complementary disciplines who share a common vision of patient care.

Our center is based on a simple belief: every person is unique and deserves personalized care that is consistent and tailored to their situation.

Depending on her needs, she may be treated by a single therapist or, when appropriate, receive care from several complementary specialists working in coordination within the clinic.

The Clinique Naturelle was founded to provide patients with a place where various complementary approaches can coexist and work together in a professional manner.

Our therapists share a common professional culture and common quality standards.

Our Approach to Complementary Therapies

We believe that complementary therapies have a legitimate place when they are practiced rigorously, in accordance with their indications and within their limitations.

They are not a substitute for a medical diagnosis, treatment, or follow-up care when these are necessary.

Depending on the situation, they can help improve quality of life, relieve certain symptoms, or support physical and emotional well-being.

Our therapists work in a spirit of collaboration with other healthcare professionals and refer their patients to a doctor when the situation calls for it.

Our therapists do not work in isolation.

When the situation warrants it and with the patient’s consent, they can exchange views, compare their approaches, and refer the patient to the most appropriate professional.

This collaboration makes it possible to develop more coherent treatment plans, while respecting each therapist’s area of expertise and responsibilities.

Carefully Selected Therapists

Therapists are selected based on their training, experience, and professional credentials, as well as their personal qualities.

Each practitioner’s ASCA and RME accreditations are listed on their profile page. Whether consultations are reimbursed depends on the discipline, the therapist, and the patient’s supplemental insurance policy. We therefore recommend checking the terms and conditions directly with your insurer.

Beyond degrees and professional certifications, we look for certain essential qualities in every therapist:

  • listening;
  • kindness;
  • professionalism;
  • confidentiality;
  • rigor;
  • simplicity.

We all share the same priority: acting in the patient’s best interest.

Our history

The Clinique Naturelle was founded in 2014 by Marie-Anne Geiser, a naturopath, at 20 Rue Jean-Sénebier in Geneva.

Over the years, the project has grown to include a multidisciplinary team and a wide range of complementary therapies.

Today, the Clinic’s professionals work in four major areas of expertise:

  • Naturopathy, which includes, among other things, nutrition, colon hydrotherapy, bioresonance, and herbal medicine;
  • Traditional Chinese medicine, including acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Tuina massage, and Qigong;
  • Massages and manual therapies, including therapeutic and relaxing massages, massages for pregnant women, sports and anti-cellulite massages, facials, and lymphatic drainage;
  • Psycho-solutions: Psychology and Psycho-Emotional Support, which include, among others, sophrology, hypnosis, psychology, couples therapy, sexology, microkinesitherapy, and art therapy.

Tailored support services are also available for children and adolescents.

Throughout its development, the Clinic has remained true to its original mission: to provide Geneva with a trusted place where patients can be listened to, guided, and supported with care.

Timetables

Our therapists are available for consultation Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

To make an appointment or request information, our reception desk welcomes you and answers the telephone: Monday to Friday, 9.15am to 6.00pm.

Are the sessions covered by supplemental insurance?

Les séances peuvent être remboursées, en partie, par certaines assurances complémentaires. La prise en charge dépend toutefois de votre contrat, de la thérapie suivie et du thérapeute choisi.

Before your first appointment, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider directly and provide them with the following information:
