Who is Séverine?
I'm a psychologist, sexologist, ASCA sex therapist, IMAGO therapist, body-psych coach and workshop leader.
Why psychology consulting?
I turned to psychology because from a very young age I'd been interested in human nature, personal development and relationship patterns. This seemed to be the best way in.
Why specialize?
As I quickly realized in my clinical work that holistic, all-encompassing support for the individual was effective and my preferred path, I added the path of the body. Indeed, when starting out on a personal development path, it's essential, in my opinion, to take into consideration all the dimensions of our being, to take care of our body and our relationship with others. I therefore trained in sexology to add the psycho-emotional and physical dimension to the relationship, and in various mind-body techniques such as EFT and sophrology.
What about IMAGO therapy?
I discovered the IMAGO approach, which I fell in love with, because it combines all these dimensions for greater well-being and better health in the life of the individual and in the sphere of relationships. I combine the different approaches to adapt to the person's needs, rhythm and individual path.
In brief
I'm passionate about what I do, and I'm constantly training to help you on your life path. It's not always easy to work on oneself, to visit one's shadow parts, and it takes courage and trust in the therapist to walk through the door of a practice... especially when intimacy is involved.
I accompany you in this process with great gentleness, and help you on your path of life, heart and body with a multitude of tools that will be effective on a daily basis and that you can use on your own. Today, more than ever, we need to learn to listen to ourselves, to find our way, to reconnect with Love and with others in a more conscious, more alive, more vibrant way, to take care of ourselves and our beautiful planet. Self-love is the beginning of everything! I'm so lucky to be surrounded by so many rich people, to meet them year after year, and to learn from them all the time.
