CONSULTATION HYPNOSIS

What is hypnosis ?

Hypnosis appears above all as a natural state. We all have the natural ability to access this state.
Far from being a method of relaxation, hypnosis is a method of action. It is about working on the attention to inner feelings. It is a way of connecting to one’s inner resources and learning to respond to one’s own problems.
Hypnosis allows you to develop a new perception of given situations or in your relationships with yourself, others and the world around you.
It also helps us to learn to know ourselves and to develop our inner resources. This work helps to develop a strong sense of inner security and self-esteem, overcome emotions, live in the moment, explore letting go, and better communicate and relate to others.
During a hypnosis session, the hypnotherapist will stimulate the patient’s natural ability to enter a hypnotic state and allow them to return to it autonomously through learning self-hypnosis.
Hypnosis is an invitation to become the artist of one’s life, to develop oneself by learning to know one’s deepest nature. It is a true art of living in everyday life.

What is the hypnotic state?

Everyone was able to experience a novel which pull you out of yourself, or a suspension of time by contemplating the movement of the waves, etc.

In short, everyone was able to experience a modified state of consciousness (different from the usual waking state).

The hypnotic state is precisely that moment of consciousness when things are perceived differently. Since the second half of the 90s, this condition has been identified and characterized by brain imaging (functional MRI and PET-Scan), thus attesting to its real existence. Scientifically, it can now be said that the hypnotic state is a reality.

Putting yourself in a state of hypnosis, or doing hypnosis with a practitioner, is to intentionally reproduce this state of consciousness with an objective that varies according to the framework in question (relaxation, care, personal development).

Everyone can have access to a hypnotic state but not necessarily in the same way as it is the reproduction of a natural and spontaneous state.

On the other hand, learning the method and its regular repetition allows everyone to be able to enter hypnosis with more and more ease and speed: as with a sport, the more you exercise, the more you progress!
