I. Definitions
Gift card: The prepaid amount allowing the holder to obtain services from Clinique Naturelle, up to the amount paid.
Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions of use and sale for the Website.
Customer: Any person placing an order for a Gift Certificate via the Website or booking an individual treatment or group class via the External Booking Module or the Website.
Contract: The contract formed between the Customer, on the one hand, and EGNOKA, on the other hand, consisting of these GTU and the Privacy Policy.
Personal Data: Any data within the meaning of Article 5(a) of the Federal Act on Data Protection ("FADP"; RS 235.1), i.e., any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.
EGNOKA/We/Our: The company EGNOKA Sàrl in Geneva operating "La Clinique Naturelle"
External booking module: The booking system for EGNOKA services operated by PERFACTIVE (operated by ELEGON SàRL in Geneva).
Privacy Policy: EGNOKA's Personal Data Processing Policy, available at la-clinique-naturelle.
Payment Provider: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (SPEL) 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland.
Services: The various services offered by EGNOKA Sàrl through the Website and/or the External Booking Module.
Services: All services and features made available by or through the Site.
Website: The website accessible at the following URL: la-clinique-naturelle.
Visitor: A person who visits the site without being a Customer.
You/Your/Yours: The term referring to any Customer or Visitor.
II. Acceptance, scope and modification of the CGUV
By using the Site and/or Services, including by purchasing a Gift Certificate or booking a Service via the External Booking Module, You unreservedly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part thereof.
The applicable Terms of Use are those published on the Site at the time of Your interaction.
EGNOKA may modify the Terms of Use at any time. The modified version will be published on the Website with the date of update. Your continued use of the Website and/or Services constitutes acceptance of the modifications. If you refuse to accept the modifications, you must cease all use of the Website and/or Services.
III. Services
A. General
La Clinique Naturelle, located in Geneva, is a complementary therapy center offering complementary therapy and wellness services, including group classes and individual treatments.
Services can be booked online via the External Booking Module. Gift vouchers can be obtained directly from the Website.
Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT.
The booking of Services and the purchase of Gift Vouchers are reserved for adults (aged 18 and over).
B. Online booking of a Service
Our Services can only be booked online using the external booking module (PERFACTIVE).
You understand and agree that the External Booking Module is operated by ELEGON Sàrl in Geneva, and that you are solely responsible for any Personal Data transmitted to it.
A confirmation email is sent after each reservation.
The terms and conditions for cancellation without charge are as follows:
- Services ≤ 1 hour: at least 24 hours in advance.
- Services > 1 hour: at least 48 hours in advance.

In the event of a no-show or cancellation that does not comply with the above deadlines, the Service is payable in full.
In the event of a delay on your part, the duration of the Service will be reduced without refund.
If the therapist is late, the session will be extended or rescheduled, without refund or compensation.
C. Purchase of a Gift Certificate
Gift cards can be purchased directly on the Website.
- Free amount or Fixed benefit
- Validity: 1 year from date of issue
- Format: electronic submission by the beneficiary, delivered to the clinic or sent by post (CHF 3.–)
The Gift Certificate, which can be for either a specific amount or a specific Service, can be used for one year from the date of issue.
You can choose whether the gift certificate can:
- be sent, in electronic form, directly to the beneficiary;
- sent to you in physical form by mail (additional charge of CHF 3); or
- be delivered to you in physical form upon arrival at the Natural Clinic.
You are asked to provide the beneficiary's title, first and last names, and email address.
The order form also requires your contact details and credit card information. Payment is processed via STRIPE, our Payment Provider. We do not store any card details. Payment is made through STRIPE, our Payment Provider. By clicking on the "Order" button, you expressly authorize us to bill you and debit your credit card for the selected amount and any shipping costs. Credit card information is processed and stored by our Payment Provider. We do not process or store any credit card information. We only have access to the last four digits of your credit card number. The payment services that can be used for Orders on Our Site are provided by Our Payment Provider and are subject to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), which include terms of service for online payments. By agreeing to these Terms of Use or by using the Services of the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use of our Payment Provider, which may occasionally be modified by the latter. Because the Site allows you to make payments via our Payment Provider, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about yourself and authorize us to share this information as well as information about transactions made via the payment solution provided by our Payment Provider.
By clicking on "Order," you authorize the debit of the selected amount and any shipping costs. All orders are final and binding once confirmed. There is no right of withdrawal.
In the event of a dispute over an amount debited by Us, the Customer undertakes to contact Us before lodging any objection with the credit card issuer or notifying the Payment Service Provider of a claim.

IV. Miscellaneous
EGNOKA uses all reasonable means to ensure access to and security of the Site, without any guarantee. We also draw your attention to the limitations and constraints inherent in the Internet and the impossibility of guaranteeing the security of data exchanges. It is therefore your responsibility to take all necessary measures to protect yourself against unauthorized intrusions into your information system, in particular by securing your Internet connection and the devices you use to connect to the Site.
The content of the Site is provided for informational purposes only and does not engage our responsibility in any way whatsoever.
It is strictly prohibited to use the site in a malicious manner, including:
- introduce viruses or malicious code, engage in overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail bombing;
- to test or circumvent the security of the Site;
- use robots, spiders, or any scraping process; or
- to access the Services illegally through hacking, password mining, or any other fraudulent means.
The intellectual property rights on the Website (software, graphics, text, images, videos, layout, trademarks, logos, commercial appearance) belong to EGNOKA or their owners.
V. Data protection

VI. Nullity
If any provision of the Terms of Use is held to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to permit its enforcement, and the invalidity or unenforceability of that provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
VII. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTU are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict of law rules.
In the event of a dispute, the ordinary courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to appeal to the Federal Court.
