Who is Monika Biniek?
Monika Biniek is an acupuncturist at La Clinique Naturelle in Geneva. Her practice focuses particularly on women’s health, and she supports women through the various stages of life.
She trained in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine during a journey that took her across Europe and Asia, notably in Prague, Lausanne, and at the National Hospital of Traditional Medicine in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Throughout her career, Monika has developed specialized expertise in supporting women through their menstrual cycles, pregnancy planning and fertility, pregnancy, the postpartum period, as well as perimenopause and menopause.
She also sees patients for other reasons related to acupuncture, including stress, sleep, fatigue, and certain types of pain.
In addition to her therapeutic practice, Monika also offersaculifting and Kobido massage, two treatments specifically for the face.

Fertility and Planning a Pregnancy
Monika also supports women planning a pregnancy, whether it is a spontaneous pregnancy or part of a medically assisted reproduction (MAR) process.
The sessions are tailored to each woman’s individual situation and the stage of her fertility journey. When a woman is already receiving medical fertility care, acupuncture is used to complement that care, not as a substitute for it.
Pregnancy and the Postpartum Period
Acupuncture can also be beneficial for some women during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
During pregnancy, sessions are tailored to each woman’s stage of pregnancy and individual circumstances. After childbirth, support can continue throughout the postpartum period, a time when the body undergoes many changes.
Acupuncture fits into this framework as a complement to the care provided by health care professionals when necessary.
Acupuncture that goes beyond women's health
While women's health is a significant part of her work, Monika's practice is not limited to that.
She also sees women and men for other acupuncture-related concerns, including stress management and certain conditions commonly treated with acupuncture.
Rather than applying the same protocol to a given symptom, Monika takes the situation as a whole into account in order to tailor the acupoints and techniques used during each session.
