Sports massage: before and after exercise

During exercise, muscles are put under a great deal of strain. Sports massage helps athletes to prepare them properly. It helps prevent pain and the risk of injury, while improving performance.

When to schedule your massage

Ideally, we program it the day before the effort.

It is also useful after exercise, enabling the body to recover more quickly, shortening fatigue time and restoring the musculature's initial suppleness.
