After five years of study at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, he obtained a Bachelor's degree specializing in acupuncture and Tui Na.
The key to healing is to restore the necessary resources to the body, so that it can heal itself.
His background
I trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine for 5 years at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and learned clinically in four different hospitals in China.
I practice traditional Chinese medicine: acupuncture, Tui Na massage, moxibustion and TCM herbal medicine.
Care
I begin all my treatments with an anamnesis, during which I examine the patient to determine any energetic imbalances.
We then take the time to discuss the various points he would like to work on. We can then set a goal together, for which I choose the appropriate treatment method.
Acupuncture
A session lasts 1 hour. I place the needles and let my patient relax to benefit fully from the stimulation of the acupuncture points. I stay with my patient throughout the session to answer any questions he may have, or use this time to prescribe a herbal formula if required.
Moxibustion and cupping
I sometimes complement the acupuncture method with moxibustion or cupping as required.
Tui Na massage
A session lasts 1 hour. Based on a medical history, I select the meridians and points to work on. I then massage to relax muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia along the meridians.
Once these tissues have regained their tone and suppleness, I can choose to readjust the alignment of certain joints with very gentle movements.
