The ear as the key to relieving stress, pain, and imbalances.

What is auriculotherapy?
Auriculotherapy is a natural, pain-free method . It is also known as auricular acupuncture or auriculopuncture. It's a Chinese medicine technique that aims to stimulate specific points located on the auricle (the visible part of the ear).
The aim is to work on energy dysfunctions.
In fact, there are several acupressure points in our ear (around 250), corresponding to each part of our body.
With the ear, we talk about the technical representation of the human body's organs.
The lobe is connected to the head, the conch to the viscera, the anthelix to the arms and legs, and the crest of the anthelix to the spine.
This technique was created in the 1950s by Dr. Paul Nogier, a French physician, homeopath and acupuncturist, and developed in China between 1960 and 1970. The practice is recognized by theWHO (World Health Organization) since 1987.
How does auriculotherapy work?
The therapist places small Vaccaria seeds (from the Vaccaria plant) on one or more zones, depending on the mapping of the ear's nerve points.
These small seeds are held in place by small flesh-colored plaster pellets and left on the patient's ear.
Should the tablets be left to work on their own after the session?
Gentle manual stimulation of the lozenges on a daily basis ensures that the therapeutic effect lasts for several days between sessions. The therapist may therefore recommend that you massage the areas where the lozenges have been placed. They will fall off by themselves after a few days.
What are the benefits?
This technique has numerous benefits for the body, and has the advantage of prolonging the therapeutic effects of the session performed.
