Chronic lower back pain is characterized by persistent pain in the lower back, often caused by muscle tension, postural imbalances, or nerve-related factors, and it can significantly impact daily life.

At Clinique Naturelle in Geneva, our therapists offer an interdisciplinary programthat combines several complementary approaches to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore lasting comfort.

What does an interdisciplinary program at Clinique Naturelle entail?

We have developed interdisciplinary treatment programs designed to address specific chronic conditions, such as constipation or lower back pain. These programs are designed to provide you with structured support to achieve lasting improvement by addressing the root causes. The process begins with a questionnaire and an initial assessment to fully understand your condition and needs. Based on this, a personalized treatment plan is proposed, involving several appointments over a period of 6 to 12 weeks with complementary specialists who coordinate their efforts to ensure optimal care. A final assessment concludes the process to evaluate progress and ensure long-term results.

La Clinique Naturelle's Interdisciplinary Program for Lower Back Pain

At La Clinique Naturelle, we offer an interdisciplinary program designed to treat chronic lower back pain, with the goal of providing long-term pain relief and restoring mobility.

Unlike symptomatic approaches, our method aims to address the underlying causes of pain through a combination of complementary therapies.

The goal: to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore a lasting quality of life.

Each program is based on a structured treatment plan that combines 3 to 4 complementary therapies over a set period of 8 weeks.

question

Chronic lower back pain: How do I choose the right treatment for me?

  • For pain caused by deep muscle tension or stress: sophrology and therapeutic breathing can help release tension and better manage pain in daily life.
  • If the pain is accompanied by muscle tension, stiffness, or loss of mobility: therapeutic massage and microkinesitherapy help relax the tissues and release restrictions.
  • When lower back pain has been present for a long time or is linked to more complex imbalances, acupunctureworks deeply on the underlying causes and the nervous system.

Bonus tip: To reduce the risk of recurrence, opt for gentle, regular physical activity, work on your posture, and incorporate breathing exercises.
