Her approach is sensory, conscious and deeply embodied, nourished by the foundations of traditional yoga and enriched by tools derived from Kundalini yoga, mindfulness, breathing and free movement.
Each session becomes a sacred parenthesis, a return to the self, in gentleness, presence and breath.

Natacha sees yoga as an art of living and a path of transformation. It's not about performance or perfect posture, but about inner exploration through the body.
Each class is designed as a moment of listening to the body, releasing tension, regulating the nervous system and reconnecting with the moment. Movement, breath, postures, visualizations and rituals intertwine to accompany each individual to the point where he or she is at.
It's a sensitive yoga, respectful of each individual's rhythm, where the posture becomes a support for anchoring, fluidity and alignment.
