Who is Caroline Vogt?
Caroline trained in holistic nutrition and then in micronutrition, adopting an approach that considers diet as a whole while also taking into account the body’s specific needs for vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and other micronutrients.
She helps her patients develop a diet tailored to their individual circumstances, taking into account their habits and daily lives. The goal is not to impose a one-size-fits-all dietary plan, but to seek realistic and sustainable changes.
She has also supplemented her training with a certificate in herbal medicine, which allows her to incorporate the use of plants into her treatment plans when appropriate.

A nutrition practice with specific areas of expertise

Digestive Health and Food Intolerances
Bloating, digestive discomfort, or reactions to certain foods can lead you to question your diet.
Caroline works primarily with people who have food intolerances or hypersensitivities, helping them identify the habits and foods involved and adjust their diets accordingly.
Special attention is paid to maintaining a sufficiently varied and balanced diet in order to avoid, as much as possible, unnecessary or overly restrictive food eliminations.

Perimenopause and Menopause
The changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause may include changes in weight, body composition, and nutritional needs.
Caroline works with women who want to adjust their diet and lifestyle during this time, especially when they’re having trouble maintaining their weight or want to assess their nutritional needs.

A Balanced Diet and a Healthy Lifestyle
You don't need to have a specific concern to see a nutritionist.
A consultation can also help you take stock of your diet, identify certain imbalances or habits that need to change, and implement changes tailored to your needs and lifestyle.

Weight loss
Caroline works with people who want to lose weight and make lasting changes to their eating habits.
Rather than proposing a standardized diet, she seeks to understand the various factors that may influence diet and weight: the composition and organization of meals, eating habits, daily routines, and lifestyle.
Support is then gradually tailored to each person’s situation and goals.

Are the sessions covered by supplemental insurance?
Some supplemental insurance plans may cover part of the cost of sessions. However, coverage depends on your policy, the type of therapy you receive, and the therapist you choose.
Before your first appointment, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider directly and provide them with the following information:
- the therapist's name;
- the therapy in question.
The therapists at La Clinique Naturelle hold professional accreditations that vary depending on their specialty, including accreditation fromASCA and/or RME. However, these accreditations do not automatically guarantee reimbursement for sessions: only your insurance provider can confirm the exact terms of your coverage.
