Pilates instructor
Who is Sandrine?
As a Pilates teacher for 15 years, Sandrine is motivated by the desire to positively impact the lives of her students, helping them to reach their full physical and mental potential through movement. It was this aspiration that led her to turn to Pilates after several years in IT. This transition to Pilates is also fuelled by her taste for continuous learning and her constant quest for personal growth. By integrating her analytical skills acquired in IT with her Pilates practice, she is able to approach the discipline with a critical and creative eye, always seeking to optimize her practice for the benefit of her students.
After obtaining her Pilates certification in 2009, she felt the need to deepen her knowledge to complete her treatment and better understand the human body and movement.
This is why she undertook training in posturology, which enabled her to explore the complex intricacies of posture and body balance.
She has also undergone extensive training in biotensegrity, an innovative approach that applies the principles of tension and compression to understand the structure and function of the human body in a holistic way.
We are living organisms, constantly on the move, constantly adapting to changing environments.
Sandrine firmly believes in the transformative power of movement to nourish body, mind and soul.
With her diverse Pilates training and experience, she strives to guide her students towards lasting fulfillment in all aspects of their lives, with an emphasis on conscious, deep breathing.

How do group lessons work?
In group classes(limited to 6 people), the emphasis is on a dynamic and inclusive approach. Each session skilfully blends the timeless foundations of Joseph Pilates with recent scientific breakthroughs on the fascial system. We explore a harmonious combination of traditional Pilates and myofascial movements to cultivate the elasticity and resilience of our fascia.
During our session, we also merge breathing with movement. By encouraging conscious breathing, we strengthen the mind-body connection, maximizing the benefits of Pilates for each participant.
How do private lessons work?
In private sessions, we begin the first meeting with a postural assessment.
This analysis enables us to understand each participant's posture, muscular imbalances and any mobility limitations. By understanding each person's specific needs and challenges, we tailor Pilates sessions to optimally address their individual goals and concerns.
By focusing on posture, muscle strengthening and mobility, we lay the foundations for progressive and effective learning.
Through a variety of adapted exercises, we encourage each participant to progress at their own pace and discover their full potential.
Our aim is to create an enriching and stimulating experience, where each individual feels supported and inspired in their journey towards physical and mental well-being.
