My aim is to offer you personalized, natural solutions to relieve your symptoms, restore your balance and promote a better quality of life.
Who is Caroline?
Graduate in therapeutic drainage and member of Lymphosuisse, I specialize in the treatment of edema of various origins: lymphatic, post-operative, venous, hormonal, lipoedema...
I also practice classic relaxation massage and/or specific massage depending on the pathology, as well as foot reflexology.
My years of experience in psychiatric clinics, palliative care, oncology at the Otium Foundation or in hospital, as well as in E.M.S., have enabled me to approach all kinds of pathologies, both mental and physical, at all stages of life.
I am particularly attentive to women's problems, whether hormonal, such as pregnancy or perimenopause, post-operative, venous or lymphatic edema. I also work in partnership with 3 orthopedists in Geneva for cases where compression is recommended.
In complicated oncology cases, I perform drip drainage to reduce the size of large arms or legs, with a view to customizing the contention.

What are the indications for therapeutic lymph drainage?
Lymphatic drainage is a manual technique indicated for the reduction of Iymphatic edema of various origins:
- Venous insufficiency: heavy legs, varicose veins, overweight, sedentary lifestyle, age, post-thrombotic syndrome...
- Post-op: aesthetics and generals
- Lipoedema or pole leg disease: hormonal disease requiring special drainage
- Oncology: after agreement with the oncologist: following surgery, radiotherapy, hormone therapy, etc.
- Pregnancy: edema linked to pregnancy hormones
- Systemic edema, only with the agreement of the attending physician: linked to heart failure, hypertension, renal or hepatic insufficiency, drug treatments...
- Stress, burn-out, sleep problems: drainage activates the parasympathetic system and reduces the body's inflammatory state.
We work in partnership with orthopedists(Orthoconcept and Orthethic) to provide appropriate support or preparatory treatment with multi-layer bandaging.
The treatment also manages scars associated with operations.
Massages:
- Classical or Swedish full-body massage to relieve knots and muscle tension.
- Sports massage is a supported massage that includes stretching in preparation for exercise or recovery.
- An anti-cellulite massage will help reduce or prevent orange-peel skin and restore firmness to your skin.
- Pregnancy massage is a relaxing massage that relieves tension in the back, pelvis or heavy legs.
Therapeutic foot reflexology:
