Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
To make an appointment or request information, our reception desk welcomes you and answers the telephone:
Monday to Friday, 9.15am to 6.00pm.

Before your first appointment, we recommend that you contact your insurance provider directly and provide them with the following information:
